These terms apply to products purchased from Quality Mascots Costume. Our products are offered for sale unless a listing expressly states otherwise; they are not represented as rental items.

Handmade and made-to-order products

Most costumes are handmade after an order is placed. Minor variations in color, finish, or construction may occur. Product photos and measurements are guides, and screen settings can affect how colors appear.

Orders and custom approvals

You must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, sizing, and customization information. Production may not begin until required details or artwork are approved. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, dimensions, and other approved specifications. We may decline or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized, information is incomplete, the item is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent, or fulfilling it would violate law or third-party rights.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other applicable charges are shown or described where applicable. Payment must be authorized before production or shipment.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Production and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Cancellations, returns, defects, and refunds are governed by the current Refund and Shipping policies displayed on this site.

Third-party intellectual property

Names, characters, logos, and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, a descriptive reference does not mean that a product is sponsored, endorsed, or officially licensed by the referenced rights owner.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies to your purchase.
