  • If customs refuses to clear or deliver the package, or if additional duties/taxes are applied, this is entirely the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned or destroyed due to customs decisions or import restrictions.

3. Lost or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or customs refusal, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipment.

  • We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Slight variations in color, size, or details may occur due to the handmade nature of the items or different monitor settings.

  • By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these possible variations.
