Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our mascot costumes are handmade after an order is placed. Production time is included in the estimates below.

Estimated delivery options

• Standard delivery: approximately 7–8 weeks; $169.
• Expedited delivery: approximately 5–6 weeks; $219.

Delivery estimates begin after payment and all required size, color, artwork, or customization details are confirmed. They are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Carriers and tracking

Orders may ship with UPS, DHL, FedEx, or another suitable carrier. Tracking information is sent when available. A valid street address and telephone number are required. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Address accuracy and delivery

Please verify the shipping address before production is completed. Customers are responsible for being available for delivery and responding to carrier requests. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated attempts may be charged where permitted.

International orders

International delivery times can vary because of customs or local-carrier processing. Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, if assessed by the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included at checkout.

Delays and damage

Weather, customs, carrier disruptions, peak-season volume, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can assist with the carrier claim.
